Operational intelligence

Stratas team project

Business context

Production, orders and shipments are interdependent. An operational manager needs to understand what threatens delivery, which decision comes next and who owns the action. Separate status views are less useful when they leave that connection to the reader.

Product approach

The demo brings the day's priorities into one operational view. It connects production exceptions with shipment status, recommended actions and named owners. Delivery, capacity and schedule indicators support the decisions rather than becoming the end of the workflow.

Delivery and adoption

This is a whitelabel demo, not a client production deployment. The system labels and performance indicators are illustrative; they do not establish live integrations or measured business impact.

For a production implementation, the next steps would be to validate data connections and business rules, agree action ownership, and test the workflow with users. Training and onboarding would embed it in the organisation's daily routines. Value would be assessed against agreed operational outcomes, not the demo's sample KPIs.
