- Same "no LLM in scoring" and "cost-gate on paid enrichment" rules as
preservation - Larger codebase footprint than sibling products (44 folders) – reflects sector depth
Outcome
Delivered as spec; currently paused pending client-side prioritisation. Pattern lives on in newer products.
