Purpose
Stratas' internal orchestration layer for running Claude Code agents against project repos – the tooling that makes multi-agent, multi-repo engineering work operable at two-founder scale.
Who it is for
The two operators. Not a shippable product; a platform layer that everything else runs on top of.

- Language: Shell (per GitHub language classification) + orchestration configuration

My contribution
Defined the development workflow, designed and implemented the supporting tools, and refined them through repeated use across product delivery.

- Multi-agent Claude Code orchestration for cross-repo work
- Session lifecycle management, worktree isolation, cost accounting per agent run
- Rules and skills packaged for one-command install into any project
Outcome
Active daily use as the underlying platform for the rest of the fleet's engineering work. The pattern here shapes how the product-tier tools are built.
