Purpose
The shareable core of how Stratas runs coding agents in a repository: a Claude Code plugin a repository declares once, loaded by every session on any machine or in the cloud.

Every repository Stratas builds in, including client repositories.
Stack
- Platform: Claude Code plugin (hooks, agents, skills)
- Hooks: shell, each with a self-test
- CI: test-count baseline, secret scan, PR evidence template, dependabot
My contribution
Designed the guards, hooks and reviewer, implemented them with self-tests, and rolled the plugin out across repositories.
Notable capabilities
- Protected migrations and tests on the default branch
- Git hygiene, lint after every edit, and a Stop hook that runs the checks
- Read-only reviewer agent with no shell access
- Convention skills for Supabase, Trigger.dev and Vercel
Outcome
The same guards in every repository, loaded automatically.
