Situation
Validé is an incubator in the Stavanger region. Its companies wanted to understand how AI could help their business and what was realistic for a small team.
Task
Help the companies in Validé's KI-360 programme understand where AI fits their business and how to start.
Action
Architecture
Practical topics over theory. Each session tied AI to a concrete business job: building an agent, entering a new market, or automating a process.
