As an independent growth consultant, ran funnel optimisation through testing for more than seven small retail e-commerce businesses, from value propositions and social proof to checkout flows, raising conversion rates by 20% on average with an NPS above 70.
My contribution
Won and ran every client engagement myself: research, test ideas on value propositions, social proof, urgency, page structure and checkout, e-commerce setup where needed, and the measurement of each result.

Situation
Small retail businesses were moving sales online fast in 2020. They needed more of their visitors to buy.
Task
Raise conversion across the funnel for each store, on small budgets and with quick results.
